Major Floral Sources: Soybean, Cotton, White Clover, and native Wildflowers are the primary contributors to our West Tennessee harvest.

With dozens of plant species foraged by honeybees in our region, you’ll find nectar from agricultural fields, hardwood forests, and meadows throughout the Forked Deer River watershed represented in every jar.

 

How is our honey produced?

Our honey is:

• Unheated – Never warmed above natural hive temperature (104°F), preserving all the beneficial enzymes your bees worked hard to create.
• Unfiltered – Strained to remove wax debris, but never fine-filtered. Natural pollen and fine wax particles remain.
• No antibiotics – We never treat our bees with antibiotics.
• Chemical-free mite management – We use organic acids, not synthetic miticides.

 

Storage & Crystallization:

Store at room temperature for everyday use. Crystallization is natural and a sign of pure, raw honey. To reliquefy, gently warm the jar in a hot water bath at around 104°F.  Using a microwave or high temperatures to warm honey will destroy the natural enzymes and health benefits of the honey. Do not place honey in the refrigerator. For long-term storage, freezing prevents crystallization and preserves enzyme activity.

Our bees forage the fields, forests, and farmland of West Tennessee. If you’re seeking local pollen for seasonal allergies, our honey represents the plants growing right here in the Forked Deer River region.
